Techsol and Operational Energy Group India Limited (OEG) can develop an operations and maintenance arrangement for a new or operating facility. The starting point is a defined plant boundary, a baseline of the plant’s condition and an agreed allocation of responsibilities.
Choose the delivery model
- Full O&M: an integrated operations and maintenance scope with contractual responsibilities clearly stated.
- Operations support: operating personnel, procedures, monitoring and reporting for the agreed systems.
- Maintenance support: planning, execution, outage coordination and equipment-reliability activities.
- Technical assistance: specialist reviews, troubleshooting, training inputs and improvement programs.
Techsol’s role
Local client interface, project governance, site engineering, local coordination and equipment or supply-chain support within the agreed scope.
OEG’s role
Operating and maintenance resources, procedures, technical systems, performance reporting and training inputs aligned with the delivery model.
Mobilization and handover
- Review plant condition, existing defects, records and operating obligations.
- Agree staffing, work systems, maintenance planning and reporting.
- Define safety interfaces, permits, spare-parts responsibilities and escalation routes.
- Set the handover process and the measures used to review performance.
A defined operating agreement
Care, custody, control, availability commitments and cost responsibilities apply only as set out in the contract. The proposal distinguishes the continuing O&M scope from rehabilitation or other work needed to address the starting condition of the plant.
